His passion is improving the lived human experience through meaningful work that helps improve organizations and the communities they serve. Derek has led and supported multiple award-winning teams, receiving recognition from The Henley Forum (University of Reading, United Kingdom), Association for Talent Development (ATD), Training Magazine, and Brandon Hall.
