This week, on The Conscious Consultant Hour, Sam welcomes Transformational Agent and Spiritual Teacher, Selina Maitreya.
An internationally celebrated lecturer, author and teacher of Practical Spirituality, Selina empowers her students by showing them how to reactivate and actualize their energy fields so they can respond to any chaos that lands in their daily life from one of their highest frequencies: peace, kindness, compassion, tolerance, understanding, wisdom, gratitude and grace.
Consciously choosing an energetic response to one’s life enables students to be able to turn any difficulty into an opportunity to be in high frequency energy which enables them to manifest their wishes and move through their life with peace and certainty, grace and ease.
Selina’s latest offering is a complimentary 60 minute Master Class: Become The Abundance You Seek!
Segment 1:
Sam starts with the quotes of the day from The Universe and Abraham. The first quote talks about how the littlest of things you do can make the biggest of differences in your or other’s lives. Sam says to always try to be more kind with people you know and even strangers. We don’t know what another person is going through, so being a little more kind can make a big difference. The second highlights the point that we don’t know what another person’s soul path is. We don’t have any control over what our or another’s soul wants to experience. Sam encourages people to release the judgment of experiences. Sam relates this to the process of moving studios across the city. Sam then introduces his guest Selina Maitreya.
Segment 2:
Selina gives her background in spirituality and music, which began in her teens and 20’s. She worked as a photography consultant and spiritual teacher and in 2013 she planned to move to NYC to dedicate her life to spirituality full time. This path altered when she was involved in a major car accident, where she thought she was dying and she had an extremely spiritual experience. While this was a tragic event, she says it directed her on the right path going forward in her life. She suffered severe brain injuries at the time and had difficulty doing daily tasks. This year was the first time where she feels she is completely physically and mentally healthy.
Segment 3:
Selina talks about how her experiences have helped her become a better teacher to others. She then talks about how she has changed how she responds to other’s actions and turning up the frequency in your brain in order to better do this. When she had the brain injury she had many difficult times, but she learned to take more care of herself and not always put others before herself. She talks about when she was in NYC, she couldn’t even cross the street because of her brain injury. She explains this “incredible field of energy” that her brain wasn’t allowing her to go through. Instead of her brain deciphering different energies in the world, she just saw everything as one.
Segment 4:
Selina says that all of our difficulties and tragedies are opportunities for us to grow and become better versions of ourselves. When facing these challenges, Selina urges people to change their point of view and shift towards the frequency of love. If you can use chaos as a bumper car to shift your frequency then you can move forward. She has been able to do this and she says now she has a more peaceful and happy life. Sam relates this to the passing of his mother and while that it was difficult, he was able to be at peace with it and be grateful for the time he spent with his mother. Selina has noticed that people respond to tragedies in such different ways. Selina closes by telling listeners where she can find her work at https://practicalspiritualitywithselina.com/
