Comedian Ed is a regular on Mock the Week, a judge on Great British Menu and co-hosts the hugely successful Off Menu podcast with James Acaster. He’s currently touring the country with his stand up show ‘Electric’ (which has just been extended till November 22).

Ed Gamble’s middle name is barbeque and as it’s the season, Angela makes some BBQ cauliflower wings with a zingy coriander mayo, as the trio drill down into the minutiae of outdoor grilling.
