In episode 57, I talk with retired EOD Commander Stephen Phillips. We discuss his time in the surface Navy as a SWO, Surface Warfare Officer, where he pursued the EOD special program he ultimately joined. Once an EOD officer, he never lost his love for writing and began to put down on paper stories in book form, "Proximity."After his service, Dr. Stephen Phillips published two more books, "The Recipient's Son" and the soon-to-be-released "A Poisoned Chalice."
