宝马逃逸拖行案开庭!为何没定故意杀人？未来刑期或不超五年

曾经引发热议的湖南宝马司机醉驾撞人拖行案今天开庭，被告人肖某被诉交通肇事罪，尽管其行为恶劣后果严重，不过目前看可能因为缺乏认定主观状态的证据，导致不能认定故意杀人罪，未来刑期或不超五年，而她的酒友疑似被以危险驾驶罪起诉，但目前信息似乎又难以确定。
