I usually think of manis, pedis, massages, and trips to the salon when I think of self care, and then I get stressed thinking about the money that all those things cost.  I thought it might be fun to research FREE self care ideas.  I was surprised at some of the things I came up with and that are so many easy tips that are also good for the teacher soul at the same time!
