10/10/20 ”The Assistants”

From 2004, an interview with Robin Lynn Williams talking about her debut novel, "The Assistants," which explores the experience of five different young people who have gone to Hollywood and become Personal Assistants to five different celebrities in the hopes that it might be the ticket for their own stardom. Williams draws upon her own real-life experience as a Personal Assistant in crafting this novel.
