Psalm 114:3 (MSG)
Sea took one look and ran the other way…
When the Children of Israel came out of Egypt, they weren’t alone. They moved with the presence of God—a Pillar of Fire and Cloud that accompanied them, creating an atmosphere of God’s power. In Exodus 14:24-25, we see how God looked down through the pillar and troubled the Egyptian army, causing their chariot wheels to fall off. The Egyptians panicked, saying, “Let us flee … for the Lord fights for them!” The enemy knew they were no match for God.
Our scripture for today declares the “sea took one look and ran the other way.” Just as the sea made way for God’s people, your enemies—whether sickness, financial struggles, or anything that stands in your way—will also flee because God is with you.
Imagine your poverty taking one look at God’s presence and running away. Picture disease trembling and retreating, knowing it cannot win. Whatever problem you face today, know this: God is with you. This year, enemy will take one look and run the other way!
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I decree and declare every obstacle flees at my command. Every disease, begin to look away now! Just as the sea looked and fled, poverty and failure are running away from me in the mighty Name of Jesus! Every enemy is panicking because God is with me, and every problem must bow in His presence! Amen.
