Welcome to a brand new show that is all about empowering girls and women in swimming and beyond.  Kara Lynn Joyce is a three-time Olympian and Founder of the LEAD Girls Summit, Kara Lynn Joyce as well as Coach Christen Shefchunas, former NCAA head coach and now professional Confidence Coach to many of the best female athletes in the world.  On this first episode Kara Lynn and Christen share their backgrounds, how they met and the passion they share for empowering women and girls. We also hear what their plans are for this podcast and why they feel it's important to share their knowledge and skills for females in sport everywhere.
