Our guest for this episode is the brilliantly funny and beautifully honest Cat Sims, known on Instagram as @notsosmugnow. She tells us about the dark times that led to her decision to give up the booze entirely, and the lessons she’s learned along the way. 

We find out if she’s secretly judging Ellie’s attempts to cut down rather than cut it out. Stephanie shares her thoughts on labels and whether we need them, and Cat tells us what it’s like to go to AA meetings (the ones for people who drink too much, not the ones for people who need roadside assistance.)
