Email Marketing Gone Right

I don't want to give it all away, but you're going to love Laura's humor and wit. A good place to start with using great copy in your email marketing and newsletters is to stop being formal and start being personable and most importantly, be yourself. A great way to do this is to pretend you're writing to your bestie. Draft an email speaking to your BFF and then read it out loud. Remember, you're talking to a person, so keep it genuine, focused on that one person and write like you'd talk. The goal is to have your emails feel more intimate, relaxed, natural, and conversational. Another little pro tip, use the person's first name (sparingly) throughout the newsletter.
