Ingredients

plank (soaked overnight or at least 1 hour) salmon, skin on chili powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp smoked paprika 2 tsps 1 tsp salt cracked black pepper plus more according to taste

For the maple bourbon glaze

6  tablespoons bourbon ¾ cup pure maple syrup
