How I found myself trapped in a relationship with a narcissist

This is a narration of myself documenting the mental archives of my first year with a narcissist and how it took form as she embedded herself in my life. These stories are meant to be heard as a warning for some, relatable for others, or as a sign of recognition you too might have a narcissist in your life. As the story unfolds in future episodes, my hope is that my story is uplifting and that it shows others how to have strength and courage to take back their true self and gain back the power of their own life.
