"I'll stop the world and weld with you! I've seen some changes and..." ...they don't exactly make for a smooth start to the new season! That's right friends, Doctor Who is back for a new season and kind of like last season we start with a little bit of an uneven episode! We liked it, but we didn't love it. Belinda is fantastic, the effects are amazing, the hints of the mysteries to come are intriguing, but there are some bits in this episode that just don't go over well. And "The Two Ranis?!" you ask.
