Jessica Mitchell

Gemma and Ian chat to Jessica Mitchell.   Jessica is a passionate diver, she is a technical diver and Underwater Filmmaker based in Cornwall, UK, where she grew up. Jessica has always loved the sea and all it has to offer from an early age and she also enjoys freediving.  Jessica has dived all over the world in her underwater and photography and filmmaking career, she has turned the ocean into her career.    The ocean has been a cruicial part in her mental health journeyits an important part of her life, and she hopes her work can show how beautiful the ocean is and inspire people to actively protect and conserve by pursuing sustainable, environmentally friendly lifestyles.
