What happens when a local fraternity moves in next door to a young couple with a newborn baby?  

Well, hilarity of course thanks to this raucous comedy from director Nicholas Stoller who had also directed past comedic gems including "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" and "Get Him to the Greek."  

Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne play the young couple and Zac Efron plays the hunky head of the fraternity – they all start out as friends but of course, things escalate once the frat parties start getting louder and louder.  It becomes FAMILY vs. FRAT, the ultimate battle!
