Today we tackle the no. 1 fear we face in expressing our sexuality fully. What do you think it is? From our partner's behavior to feeling shame, guilt, or thinking sex is a sin, we encounter many barriers on the path of feeling free sexually. In this episode, we explore all of these and look at the root of the problem, what tends to really be in the way. Also, we explore what are the steps to take to bring healing and connect consciously with our sexual fire. Without knowing, most women feel afraid of their sexual fire and judge themselves harshly. That is a built-up effect, a sign of a lack of sexual initiation that should have happened at the early birth of our adolescence.
