All great sports legacies start somewhere. In 1988 Grave Digger was gaining popularity however a few trucks in this newly forming motorsport were heads and tails above the rest. Awesome Kong and King Kong "The Kong Brothers" were still heavily featured vehicles on television. Bigfoot had reached legendary status by this point as well. Dennis Anderson had yet to defeat any of these trucks, let alone take home a big victory on National TV. January 8th 1988, that all changed!
