3. Stability is attractive. If your work history doesn’t show a lot of commitment to a role, company, or profession, investors might be less interested in committing to you. 
    
4. Market research and proof of concept mean you’re coming in with knowledge and fans! Show your investors you’re armed with knowledge and customers.
