The watchman are prophets, intercessors, prophetic people which watch in the spirit for three specific reasons. if watchmen do not begin to function it might be difficult for God to constitute His mind. Every watchman has a mission statement, a watchman can be assign to a territory, family or an individual. your scope of assignment is consistent with the allocation of the grace of God.
