It’s time for another Cartoon Clash, where we pit some of our favorite animated characters against each other in a 1v1 tournament to see which one is the ultimate champion. Will Scarlett actually win one of these? Or has Katie come up with another ludicrously OP character to take home the champion’s belt? We don’t actually have a belt, it’s theoretical.
