Episode #201 - Hello Health Heroes! During the shutdowns during Covid-19 many people went into total isolation. Older folks in nursing homes were not visited by their families, children were masked and not allowed to play with their friends and you couldn’t even go into a hospital to see your loved ones. All of these ridiculous measures created a extreme amount of loneliness, depression, stress, weight gain and spike in disease, death and suicide. I was very excited to meet Florence Ann Romano and have her come on the show and talk about the importance of building your tribe. I have known for years that human beings REQUIRE others to be in their life if they wish to have a long healthy, happy life.

That is literally how we are wired genetically and the blue zones and all the data gathered in that study clearly show that is true.
