Our guest this week is Dr Dave Alred MBE who has been a guiding force throughout Jonny’s career, and is, in his eyes, a guru! Dave’s uncanny ability to read a situation and know exactly what was needed to liberate new spaces of enjoyment, confidence, self-trust and performance and all in such an effortless, engaging way. On this podcast both Dave and Jonny get a chance to explain what the experience was like from their own individual perspectives and Jonny digs into some of the secrets behind Dave’s methods.
