Audio Coffee: New Beginnings

On this episode of the Real Rebel Podcast Audio Coffee edition, the subject for this week's riff is new beginnings. 

When we’re facing a new beginning, it can be both exciting and terrifying. Old stories can start to resurface about how we shouldn’t be stepping forward in such a big way and about how we should be playing it safe. This is simply resistance showing up in droves. It does so in order to keep you safe and small.

However, now is not the time for smallness or the perceived safety of comfort. It is time for stretching and expanding. For pushing our own boundaries and seeing what we're really capable of. Chances are it's far more than you imagined.
