Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters launches the King of the Monsters into anime, depicting a future where humanity has fled Earth after Godzilla’s reign of terror—only to return for a desperate final battle. Meanwhile, Kong: Skull Island takes us back to the 1970s with a fresh, action-packed take on the giant ape, blending war-movie vibes with monster mayhem on an island teeming with deadly creatures.
