People Living with Dementia Enjoy Social Adult Day Program

Today we are lucky to have Ann Selfridge the Founder/CEO of the ACT Care Group, who directs a Social Adult Day Program in New York for people with Alzheimer’s/Dementia. She also provides case management for families to help them link to services that will help the families have support to keep their loved ones at home and in the community.
