Stage 4 and 6 is bad, but what about the bigger plan to end load-shedding?

There is nothing like a weekend of stage-6 load-shedding to wake everyone up again about the problems at Eskom. You soon forget how much pressure the system is under and your attention is divided by the other crises at Transnet and the ports. The harsh reality is that inadequate electricity supply is one of the biggest challenges facing the economy.
