Grant Cardone, the famous self-help guru and real estate investor, has recently found himself embroiled in a series of scandals that have cast a shadow over his business practices.

In a recent class-action lawsuit, Cardone and his company, Cardone Capital, were accused of misleading investors about the potential profits they could make by investing in his deals. Although Cardone advertised returns of 15%, investors reportedly only received 3-4% returns on some of the deals.

But that's not all. As these lawsuit roll out... there will almost certainly be more shady practices uncovered...

One example is the way Cardone has allegedly front-run his investors on his deals. He purchases a building with his own money first and then raises capital from his investors at an inflated valuation.

What's more, Cardone also charged his investors interest for the period from when the asset was purchased to when he raised capital from his investors, on top of the usual fees that all syndicators charge.
