#120 - Multiple Sparring Partners & Variability

Today i'm just driving back in the evening from a bout and was thinking about a session I ran today at DiSE.

We have lots of new boxers for the year and wanted them working with each other by exposing them all to their own physical and tactical skills.

Whilst adding this desirable variability to the session i wanted also to ensure they got to know each other better but with the bi-product of getting their reps in about how to engage differently when facing a new opponent.
