Is It Time to Evaluate Who You’re In Business With?

On this episode, Linda and Dana answer a listener's question about how to know when it's time to consider other business opportunities.  They both share how many copmanies they have been with throughout their careers, and how they knew when it was time to look for something different.  Linda explaines how considering your current company's systems and who is available to help you are two things she looks at very closely.  Dana shares how learning what she didn't know helped her evaluate the company she was at and if it was bringing her the value that another company could.  They discuss how being engaged with your company yourself will show you what you need to know, and how to know when it's truly time to make a switch.
