Leland Weisband is a managing partner of Bluestar Management. He has almost 15 years of real estate experience and has worked on all sides of real estate transactions. His career began at Gramercy Capital where he spent several years engaged in loan work outs, restructurings and debt origination. Following Gramercy, he joined HRS Management, a family office based in New York City making both debt and equity investments. Leland then founded a real estate investment firm in San Diego, Bluestar Management, that invests in value-add real estate.
