I know I’m not the first person to make a “Mount Rushmore” of musicians, but it was a blast to explore and expectedly hard to narrow down. I ended up creating my own top fours for Zappa musicians, guitarists, bassists, and drummers, featuring the work of Rush, Stanley Clarke, Hendrix, Bootsy Collins, and more.
