28. Finding your courage with Ange Adams

In this episode I chat with Ange Adams about her journey with alcohol.  Ange was a very big binge drinker and party girl and at the top of her field in real estate.    She was definitely living the high life until one day she realised  that she needed to change. 
Sobriety for Ange has not been without it's challenges but she has opened herself up to a transformation and has re-found her greatest love... herself. 

We also chat about the upcoming 3 months sober challenge we have starting on Jan 1-4, 2021.
