Ep. 83: The Importance of First Impressions

This week Ashley and Liz talk about first impressions, how to make a good one, how to make someone feel comfortable when making one, and why they are so important. 

Everyone knows personal or professional, just how nerve racking a first impression can be, but also just how important it is. Have you ever been the only girl coming in to make a first impression on a group of girl friends, TERRIFYING! Liz and Ashley talk about how they view they handle these situations if they are the girl coming in to meet the group of girls or what to do if you are the group of girls. 

The girls also chat about how silly first impressions can be. Ever catch yourself saying, "when I first met you I thought you were mean and scary!" but now I know you are SO nice. Ashley and Liz chat about having grace with someone when making a first impression and realize that at the end of the day, they aren't everything and  not always a great representation of someones personality.
