This week I am joined by Author Dr. Julie Von. Dr. Von wrote "Spiritual Fertility: Integration Practices for the Journey to Motherhood." Dr. Von is a holistic doctor specializing in fertility, she also holds a doctoral degree in Chinese Medicine. Focusing on Dr. Von's book for our interview, we take an in-depth look at the impact trans-generational trauma can have on fertility. Dr. Von shares how one of the most important things we can do in addressing trauma is to identify and name it. Dr. Von discusses her compassionate approach to fertility and the unique way she treats patients leaning on both her Eastern and Western medical practices.
