As a clinical herbalist, I have found that autonomic dysfunction, as often stemming from the vagal nerve, is associated with so many persistent symptom pictures.

The vagal nerve has been getting more attention in recent years, but what exactly is it, why is it getting dysregulated, and what do we mean by dysregulation anyway?
