Careful where you get your info from

One of the beautiful things about the internet, podcasts, video channels and social media is the free flowing information you get.

For people building our buying a home this can be very valuable.

However, you must be careful where you are obtaining your information.

Recently I uncovered some very popular videos on a platform and after watching them I was appalled at at the information in them.

Sure it was a catchy headline but after watching the video it was apparent they were not a builder or even in the industry. Then part way through the video they flipped the script and you'll have to tune into hear what they did.
