Derek Vaughan is domestic sales manager for Vaughan Company, a leading U.S.-based manufacturer of chopper pumps. He began working in the manufacturing plant at a young age working in a variety of roles, including hands-on assembler.  Derek then moved to the Vaughan Sales Department where he worked in inside sales, business development and his current role, giving him a total of 20 years in the industry.
