Christina Zorich on the Joys and Struggles of Caregiving

In this episode, Dr. Daniel Correa speaks with actress and producer, Christina Zorich about her experience being a caregiver for her grandmother and mother, Academy Award winner, Olympia Dukakis. Dr. Correa talks with Dr. Mirnova Ceide, Psychiatrist at Montefiore Medical Center and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Ceide provides tools for families who are looking to start the conversation of long-term care for a loved one and explains the importance of caregivers checking in on their own needs.
