004: Gia’s Healing Journey & Resetting for 2024

There's no time like the first month of a new year to reset, set intentions and to take stock of all you are creating. I dove right into creating "Healed Girl Era" for many reasons. One-- I was tired of overthinking and waiting for "the perfect time" to have the conversations I wanted to have. Two-- when Kelly Rowland says she wants to talk, you make it happen! But, I realized I never got to tell you all what this space is actually intended to be. So join me as I explain the premise of this show, and share a bit about my own healing journey.

"Healed Girl Era" podcast is a space designed to share stories and tools of how we got through the eras that define who we are. It's a safe space to honor every part of the journey and to remind us that none of us are on this journey alone.
