172 - Dr. Hayley Watson from Open Parachute: Mental and Emotional Wellbeing for School Communities

DR. HAYLEY WATSON is the founder of Open Parachute, an organization that supports the mental and emotional wellbeing of teachers, parents, and students. She is a clinical psychologist, entrepreneur, and documentary filmmaker with a PhD in bullying interventions, and she’s been creating and delivering programs for youth and practitioners in Canada, the US, the UK, and Australia for the past 15 years. Her aim is to bring reflective psychological skills outside of the therapy room and into the lives of everyone who needs them.
