Judy worked in the local history and genealogy department of the Akron Summit County Library for years and she also loves local food. Using her specialized research skills, Judy traced the origins of some of Akron's popular and beloved family recipes—the dishes found around family tables and at church potlucks—to the people who kept the traditions alive.
