For two years, Sadler was successful in a court of law in overturning an unconstitutional law known as "SB 971," and continued to fight the government that was being influenced by big casino when they tried to change the law in order to ban "skill games" from being operated in small business convenience stores, truck stops, bars and restaurants, because the casinos that now operate in Virginia didn't want the competition. For two years, Sadler obtained an injunction that kept the skill games machines on -- and more importantly, kept these small businesses in business. This week, Sadler and his attorney, Senator Stanley went back to Court to further fight their "David v. Goliath" legal case -- and ran smack into a brick wall. Hear them discuss right after their hearing concluded exactly what went on in Court, why the fight against big government and big casinos is so important for every Virginian who believes in liberty and the free market system, and where they take their fight from the courthouse, to now the statehouse.
