I asked instagram if they had any suggestions for podcast topics and by popular demand, this subject kept coming up. So here we are today to talk about how to make time for romance when you have kids.
Jesse and I both share what we feel works best for us, how knowing our love languages helps in certain situations. But we are also willing to meet each other in a certain space when one of us needs it. This could be helping with kids or giving me the 5 minutes I need. It's about being creative, working with what you have, but also being open to communication, with ourselves and with each other.
Jesse and I are on the same page this week with what has been saving our lives, it involves exercise. And we have updates on what we are currently reading. I share an experience I had and the outcome by using the tools I learned from a previous book we discussed on the podcast.
We love hearing from you guys, if you have any suggestions send us an email and look forward to hearing your thoughts.
