About Mike: Within the first year of his physiotherapy career, Mike worked for a national physiotherapy company and played a key role in the design, development and opening of a 6,000 square foot clinic. From there he was quickly promoted to manage 10 clinics at various stages of growth.

Mike’s next project was to determine the feasibility of rapidly opening 8 multidisciplinary clinics valued at $2 million, all centered on service excellence.

Confident he could run a successful business focused on the client journey, he worked with various business leaders and entrepreneurs to help build a business model that changed the way rehabilitation clinics could run.

Originally a Sergeant in the Canadian Army Reserves, at 21 Mike was already teaching at the Canadian Military’s Leadership School. His career as a physiotherapist has included working on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Physiotherapy Association, an active member of their education committee, planning medical services during the Pan Am/Parapan Am Games, working alongside orthopedic surgeons, and has consulted nationally on thousands of physiotherapy cases.
