Bird People Encounter in France - Ancient Aliens or Mothman Relative?

This week on paranormal hotline podcast we took a look at a strange bird person encounter that was reported to have happened in the south of France. A very strange encounter backed up by a few more reports we found online of other bird people sightings. 
Are these strange bird humanoids connected to Mothman or perhaps an ancient alien?
