Joel 3:1-4: Teaching that GOD (YAH) will bring HIS enemies (Gentiles: heathen, adversaries of HIS people) to the place of HIS predetermined judgment (Valley of Jehoshaphat: GOD has judged) to render punishment for the ungodly actions they have done against HIS people.
