[01:05] Dr. Alex: Have you ever had that moment where you realize, oh ****, I'm not doing the right thing or I'm not in the right relationship or whatever trajectory your life has been on is not the one that you really honestly are supposed to be on? If we haven't met, I'm Dr. Alex. Welcome back to The Show, a show that is probably going to change names here soon. But I wanted to unpack this moment where we feel the call to pivot because I've been through several of them in my life and just recently had a new one occur. And so I'm going to just kind of share what that journey has been like for me and invite you to look for or to tune into, especially if you've felt this call before and maybe have ignored it. Because pivots are scary and sometimes they are outside of what we have thought or identified ourselves at for our entire lives. And they can be something that we want to ignore because it's easier and stepping into the unknown is really uncomfortable. And I've had moments happen like this one in my marriage, one, my first marriage, one in I built actually a seven figure business and realized it wasn't what I wanted to be doing. And then I again in business just this last week had another moment where it was like, I'm not doing it's. It's not that I don't want to be an entrepreneur and don't want to be in business, but I definitely have not been doing the right thing. And in realizing that, I realized that's why business has been a struggle and I haven't really gotten things off the ground. And I've stopped doing a bunch of things that didn't feel authentically, like fitting what I me and what I wanted to be doing and creating.
