Why College Students Need to Ask for Help

During my time in the Summer Bridge Program at UofM, my classmates and I conducted research on various topics; mine was self-knowledge. In this podcast, I interview Steve Suinda and Alex Jimenez to gain insight as to why college students don't ask for help. I then discuss why seeking help is necessary and important, as well as what strategies you can take to actively seek it.
