29. Dance through the discomfort

This week we are talking through a personal experience that brought up a lot of old stories for me. I claimed this year to be the year I take risks and lean into discomfort. The more we lean into our edges and challenge ourselves to get out of our comfort zone, the more we get to expand and grow. On the other side of discomfort is the freedom to live life however you choose to live it. I hope this episode inspires you to get out of your own way and put yourself out there!
